Twisting Spirits Bees Knees Cocktail: A Sweet, Citrus Treat!

Bees Knees Cocktail

Looking for a gin cocktail that works perfectly with our Earl Grey Gin? We have a couple of recipes to choose from! If you like something a little sparkling and floral check out our English 75 recipe, however if a perfect blend of sweet and citrus tickles your fancy look no further then this Bees Knees cocktail! A prohibition-era cocktail that uses honey and fresh lemon juice is perfect! Its sophisticated and looks fantastic, really great at a little party or gathering to add a bit of class to proceedings!
The name comes from prohibition-era slang meaning “the best.” Serve in a martini glass with a twist of orange (you can probably do a better job with the twist than I did for this cocktail!) If you like your cocktails sweet and zesty this is the perfect cocktail for you.
