We are open as usual during these unprecedented times and taking orders via our online shop. It is just the two of us from the same household working to produce your gin, pick, package and post it to you. We are therefore a COVID-19 secure business and we believe we are doing our bit to prevent the spread of the virus without undue risk to either our customers or ourselves.
Important COVID-19 delivery information
Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force and we post on average twice a week. Whilst both companies provide estimations of delivery timescales, we have seen erratic delivery times via Royal Mail. In some cases the delivery times have exceeded those stated on their web site, in others we’ve seen 2nd class parcels arrive next day. Please be assured that once you receive your tracking information we have handed over your parcel for delivery and is now with the courier. Please be patient, as per Royal Mails terms of service the parcel cannot be considered lost until 10 working days have passed from the collection date.
